Definitions
- “We” or “Us” refers to Fireplace Warehouse Limited, trading as onlinestovestore.com.
- “You” refers to the person purchasing goods from us.
1. Formation of Contract
- A legally binding contract is formed once we confirm your order via email after receiving full payment.
2. Price and Payment
- Prices are as listed on our website and exclude delivery fees, which are displayed during checkout. Full payment is required before order confirmation.
3. Description of Goods
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly.
- Goods are intended for USA, UK,CANADA and AUSTRALIA use only
4. Cancellation and Returns
4.1. Your Right to Cancel
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods unless customized to your specifications.
- Notify us in writing (email or letter recommended).
- Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of cancellation notice.
4.2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods in acceptable condition.
- Shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
4.3. Cancellation by Us
- We may cancel orders due to insufficient stock, delivery limitations, or pricing errors. Refunds will be issued promptly.
5. Delivery
- Deliveries are limited to mainland USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA.
- Delivery dates are approximate, and we recommend not scheduling installations until goods are received.
- Goods damaged during transit must be documented with the delivery driver and reported promptly.
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence may incur a minimum fee of $60.
6. Liability
- Report any incorrect or defective goods within 7 working days.
- Our responsibility is limited to replacing, repairing, or refunding the defective goods.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
7. General Terms
- Notices to us must be in writing and sent to our registered address.
