If the item you purchased is unsuitable, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused and resaleable condition.

      • Pallet Collection: $140 per pallet
        Items must be securely packaged, and palletized goods should be strapped to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • On Delivery: Contact us immediately at  support@onlinestovestore.comor call us. If possible, refuse delivery.
  • Post-Delivery: Check your item for damage within 48 hours and notify us promptly.

If a fault develops within 30 days, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For issues beyond 30 days, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the problem under warranty terms.
